WARRANTY
HOW IT WORKS
VALID: One Year from purchase date (Unless noted on the invoice)
VOID: All axles and driveshafts covered under warranty by The DriveShaft shop are for repair or New Replacement only. We will not warranty any products that have been improperly installed, damaged, welded on, or modified in any way. Attaching any aftermarket or custom drivetrain part or component (not supplied by Driveshaft Shop) to our axle or driveshaft will release “The DriveShaft Shop” of any liability or warranty claim. There will be no exceptions to this.
Products over one year are not eligible for Return or Refund. Products purchased within 2 years with Proof of Purchase Directly from The Drive Shaft Shop would be eligible for our Flat Rate Repair Program or Customer Loyalty Trade-In Program.
NOT COVERED: Custom Parts, Level 0 Axles, CV Boots, Clamps, and Bands.
REQUIRED: All Warranty or Repair requests must have a return authorization number, a copy of the original invoice, and pictures of the issue/item BEFORE the Return Authorization Number can be generated. Absolutely no exceptions.
Parts returned without the items listed above will be refused and additional handling fees may apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to get the item to us and we cover shipping back once repairs/warranty service has been completed.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: Please understand the product cannot be returned for any reason unless it is within the warranty period, or an incorrect part was sent. It is the installer’s sole responsibility to determine if the part is correct or not. If an incorrect product is installed and there is damage to the axle, driveshaft, or any other part, it becomes the sole responsibility of the installer.
REIMBURSEMENT: There is no reimbursement for loss of time, labor cost for reinstallation, cost of damages to the vehicle due to improper installation, or other issues not related to the product. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We DO NOT refund shipping and handling charges on any Authorized returns.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Any Custom-made Axle or Driveshaft is non-refundable. We will do everything in our power to help make the part fit or work correctly, but there will be no returns or refunds on custom parts.
PLEASE NOTE: Axles and Driveshafts purchased from The DriveShaft Shop or its distributors are covered for the repair of the unit purchased only. These are performance products and should be installed by certified professionals, The DriveShaft shop and its distributors may not be held responsible for the loss of money, time, or inconvenience caused by the use of our products, and by installing the unit you are agreeing to all of these terms and release The DriveShaft Shop and its distributors of any and all liability and waive the right to all and any lawsuit that may arise from the use of these products.
