The Car
We are very excited to announce, in partnership with P2uned/Prayoonto Racing, The Driveshaft Shop 2020 Toyota Supra. Since the early 2000’s we have worked closely with P2uned/Prayoonto Racing to equip their FWD vehicles with our most durable driveshafts and axles. The Driveshaft Shop/Prayoonto Racing All Motor Honda Civic was at the top of the field year after year, resetting the All Motor record several times over and becoming a household name in FWD drag racing. We’re very proud of everything we were able to accomplish as a title sponsor of this Honda. We have learned so much, achieved countless victories, broken many records, and furthered our drivetrain technologies. Our team has become a leader in all motor Honda platforms and the most feared in the world of FWD race cars.
It was a fun ride, but we have decided to make the transition to the rear-wheel-drive platform in one of Toyotas most iconic sports cars yet. Just in time for TX2k22 we have equipped the new Driveshaft Shop Supra with our latest engineering in carbon fiber driveshafts and custom Axles. The A90 is an incredible platform that we have been actively developing parts for since its release. We are excited for this season with P2uned/Prayoonto Racing and can’t wait to push the limits of what our drivetrain systems are capable of. The layout of the new A90/A91 chassis has been a great learning experience for us. It’s pushed our technology further by providing us with solutions for high performance axles and driveshafts that can hold up to the HP these cars are capable of. We anticipate these numbers to rise along with our knowledge and experience in making quality products for this platform.

The Driveshaft Shop has been a proud sponsor of P2uned/Prayoonto Racing for the past two decades. We are thrilled to have Norris Prayoonto behind the wheel of the 2020 Supra for this year’s race season. Not only is Norris an incredible record-setting driver, but his management within the team is what drives us to success year after year. He got his start in the world of import drag racing in the early 90s with all motor Hondas. Fast forward 30 years and he is continuing his record-breaking tradition; this time in the new RWD MK5 Supra. We are excited to see what victories Norris will achieve on the track this season!
